It was the first Internet broadcast ever of an international human rights forum that enabled mainland Chinese to participate. For 700 Chinese to participate in a UN event is unprecedented; for them to risk reprisal for their actions is indeed to be applauded

Anger Builds over Collapsed Schools in China

Foreign Correspondents in China Receive Death Threats
